How to get started:
Please contact us to set up an initial appointment, we only show the facility by appointment. Let us know the specifics of your needs as well as a description of the vehicle you are considering storing with us. If possible, please measure the vehicle as it would be stored from end to end, as this sometimes differs from its length class. The next step is to get our rental agreement form, which we can send you via fax or email, or you can fill it out here at the facility. After we receive your completed rental agreement form, we will get you inputted into our system and set you up for the automated access. You will then be set up to take advantage of all the services we have to offer.
Dropping off your vehicle for storage:
Once you notify PLRBS, you will be given an access code for the "Valet Room" entry keypad. Once you enter this code, the "Valet Room" garage door will open. If you left your car with us, it will be waiting for you inside. Simply pull your vehicle inside, and you're ready to be on your way. Unless of course you want to take advantage of our wash supplies and make sure your vehicle is clean and ready for next time. Or if you find yourself running out of time, we can arrange to have your vehicle cleaned, even serviced, just ask! Use the same code to close the garage on your way out. An attendant will valet park your vehicle in the main storage warehouse, where nobody else will have access to it.
Please let us know when you plan on dropping off your vehicle. Although you can drop it off at your convenience day or night, keeping us informed helps ensure everything runs smoothly. We prefer that you do this when you schedule your pickup, even if it is just an estimate. And if plans change, as they often do, that's no problem. Providing us with this information just helps us give you the space that you need. Also, you can take advantage of our pull through concierge service, where you don't ever need to back your vehicle into a tight space. We can take care if that for you, professionally and with the utmost caution. Just ask!
Picking up your vehicle:
The first step is to notify PLRBS that you would like to pick-up or access your vehicle. You can do this via Text Message (MMS), email, phone or online via our scheduling app here. We prefer that you use our scheduling app as it is the most consistent and convenient for both parties. We will provide you with an access code to the valet room. You then enter this code into the valet room's electronic keypad to access your vehicle, which is waiting for you inside, ready to go. If you requested any services, they will already be done. So you can spend your time enjoying your vehicle, instead of worrying about it.
