Drop-off: 

Once you notify PLRBS, you will be given an access code for the "Valet Room" entry keypad.  Once you enter this code, the "Valet Room" garage door will open.  If you left your car with us, it will be waiting for you inside.  Simply pull your vehicle inside, and you're ready to be on your way.  Unless of course you want to take advantage of our complimentary cleaning station and make sure your vehicle is ready for next time.  Or if you find yourself running out of time, we can arrange to have your vehicle cleaned, even serviced, just ask!  Use the same code to close the garage on your way out.  A new code is generated every time you pick-up or drop-off, so no one else has access to your vehicle. 

Pick-up:

Once you notify PLRBS that you want to pick-up your vehicle, you will be given an access code for the "Valet Room" entry keypad.  Once you enter this code, the garage door will open.  Your vehicle will be waiting for you inside.  You can make arrangements to leave your car in place of your stored vehicle at no extra charge.  We will be sure to check your tires, and make sure they are properly inflated as well as go over a safety checklist before you arrive. If you want your water tanks filled complimentary as well, just let us know.  We want to help you get road ready any way that we can.  Check out the services we can arrange for you, to make your ownership experience easier.  Just be sure and notify us before you drop-off; to maintain impeccable security your access code will change.
